Hi all! Mod of the Year is fast approaching (not mentioning the 'C' word yet though..) and bit-tech wants your help to make sure the very best projects are nominated. We did something similar last year and it worked very well so we're looking for ten enthusiastic modders with extensive knowledge of the best projects from 2013 in our forum.

You'll need to come up with a list of your favourite projects that we'll tally up along with our own to come up with this year's list of nominees.

You should nominate projects on their show of modding skill, originality, execution and of course final eye candy awesomeness, of which we've seen plenty this year! Please don't vote for your favourite modders - remember, it's the projects we're nominating not the modders - don't waste your nominations!

You need to include both mods and scratchbuilds and at least 20 projects (no more than 40). We'll then total up the votes for each project to get our final list of nominees.

    Rules:
    • You must submit your list, including URL links to the projects by 10th November to the email address below
    • The projects must be working PC's and not be completed before December 23rd 2012*
    • They must have project logs posted in bit-tech's forum
    • You can't nominate your own projects

*You can include up to 5 projects that are nearly finished - you might want to check with their owners as to when they will be completed - all projects must be finished by 5th December to be included but we will add them to the votes and include them if they are finished in time.

The first ten forum members to email us at modding@bit-tech.net with their intention to participate will be able to take part (you don't have to send your list till 10th November). We'll email you to indicate if you've been successful and will also amend this thread accordingly. We ask that you keep your involvement to yourself and do not discuss your nominations with other forum members.

Please only post comments here regarding questions on the above - this is not a thread for nominating this year's projects - such posts will be deleted! :D

Remember to have a good dig through the forum and don't forget to flick through our modding section as well to look at the Project Log update articles, featured mods and Mod of the Month.
