    it's safe to say i am newly obsessed with these things.

    try them try them now.

    they're also good with, well, er, anything. the actual moffle itself is pretty flavourless, it just provides a chewy, crispy awesome thing to put flavour on.

    chili, cheese and spring onion is a winning combo. as is just a single moffle with strawberry jam.

    moffles. the only reason to own a waffle maker.

    where does one buy mochi?

    i guess i can use a george foreman to the same effect?

    cheers for the heads up. i got my pack of mochi cakes from the japan center in picadilly, which has surprisingly reasonable pricing for a place smack bang in the middle of london. however i do need to find myself a more convenient source of japanese cuisine stuffs.
