I've just replaced the PSU on my server, an old s939 mobo. The motherboard has a 2x2 aux power input the new psu has a 2x4 connector can I just use half of this or do I need another PSU/adaptor?

Cheers Neil, your adapter prompted me to have another look at the plug because I thought the adapter was going the wrong way. However on closer inspection the 2x8 splits in to 2(2x4).

    Crisis over.
