I got a used mouse and there seems to be an issue with the sensor / tracking. Sometimes the cursor doesn't seem very accurate and can jitter about. If you raise you mouse up by a millimetre off your mouse mat and move it about, you get the idea of the problem. I took the feet of my mouse (which lowered it), and that improved things, so it seems to be a hardware issue and almost as if sensor is too far away from the surface... I tried taking it apart and cleaning + jiggling things, but it doesn't seem to have improved. Any ideas on how to fix it? I read something about sticky tape over the sensor, but then it stopped tracking completely.
