    Hello, i know this is a bit late comment for this article but your tests and info ssem to the best reliable source of info imo :)

    I just got my msi arctic board and R7 1800x and i have seen a lot of issues with the BIOS updates so im a bit unsure on what build is stable. could you tell me what BIOS version did you use on this test?

    In what way is it unstable? Does it crash? That 4+2 phase system isn’t really designed for the 1800X. It’s a real mismatch. That might be your sole issue right there.
