    Hey there

I have the MSI XPOWER X79 XPOWER 2.

The issue is ever since the first day i bought this board (had it nearly a year now) If i boot up the motherboard with ANY of the usb ports occupied by a such things as keyboard and mouse then all i get is blank screen and error code 9A. If i unplug they the devices from USB sockets then 9/10 the computer boots up.

At first i could live with this but now it is getting worse!

I have tried multiple bios updates. Over the months I have used differing graphics cards/ cpus (im on my 3960x cpu atm) differing PSU and RAM but the problem persists.

I would have brought this board back last year to ocuk but this is my MAIN computer where i RUN my business from and could not let this board go otherwise I would have no working machine and potentially losing money every day my PC is down. Its got to the point where the issue has got worse and worse.

    Please help

    Regards
    G1lgamesh

    Hi mate,

Sorry for the late reply. Hectic past month! :wallbash:

Have you tried emailing our RMA dept directly for a replacement and help? You can send an email to myservice.uk@msi.com with your issues and they should be able to help you out - Replacement for example.

    Let me know.
