Windows My Half Life is dying on me... PLEASE HELP IM GONNA SNAP WITHOUT COUNTER STRIKE

    HELP

    Whenver the console is brought up in my HalfLife (Iive tried all MODS) It crashes and goes back to windows. Sometimes I get errors saying someting bout Kernell32.DLL whats up with this? I cant do a reinstall cuz i dont have the CD (honest, its in New York and I'm in Illinois. I let a friend borrow it there and forgot it then i moved here... Ive got a legit CD Key but dont wanna buy it again.) It worked a few days ago. Even with the newest patches. now it doesnt. anybody know what to do??

    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

    Buy another copy of half-life, the game is over a few years old, so will be in the budget section.

    Mine only cost me £5

    Secondly Morphine is a friend of mine and the joke was directed to him

    And lastly i already offered a fix for him that I PM'ed to him. Please if you don't have anything nice to say please refrain from any insults ok?

    Calm down dood,hmm this thread has been hijacked it seems, anyone possibly able to help??, i did get some Errors to do with half-life and Kernal32 a while back and that turned out to be a virus that had modified my halflife exe! have u run a scan at all??

    Mine kept doing this. Had to format and reinstall Windoze tho :( everythin i tried to open wud error after a while with Kernel32.dll doing daft things :(

    u tried replacing the .dll ? get another pc with the same OS, make sure its the same service pack etc etc. then, copy it too disk, boot up in safe mode CLi and replace the dodgy file, might work :blah:

    hey everyone. lay off a cypher and scope for a second. whats even the point of arguing over something so frivolous? anyways now that im done playing parent.


    aside from scope, (thanks man) anyone else got any sugestions. I'm just praying that his method will work
