My Office/Building NOT 56k friendly

    Hi all, just thought I'd post some piccies of where I work, these were taken by a broker whom came too see me, and I took him to the top for a beer.

    Thought i'd share here as they are quite good piccies. Sorry about the size but I only have paint to work with at the office lol . For Reference it's the Swiss Re Tower in London otherwise known as the Gherkin.... I'm on the 17th Floor (just under half way up, All pics taken at the very top.

    Must say cool place to work. I see the gherkin all the time when I go into london!

    The gherkin is a really nice building, I spent a little time at Aon round the corner and passed the Gherkin every day when they nearly finished building it (the time they had the problem at the top).

    Cool place to work though!

    EDIT: Never realised how green London is!

    A lot of people commute within 70 miles of London, one of my mum's friend's live in Chelmsford and works somewhere in London.

    I worked in London last summer and travelled every day from Southampton to London Waterloo.

    Its very commonplace!

    And I get pissed off at having to commute for an hour on the bus :p

    LAo forgot to ask, hows life back in southampton treating you?

    Always liked that building, Just stands out as different.
    Note: One day before i die i "will" visit that bar @ the top, awesome view!

    It's an RDX200 CF-DR. Note the black heatsink and new battery/SATA location :)

    You work in the Gherkin? Lucky sod. The cafe on top is accessible only to employees in the building... :(

    I work in the NHS. My working environment doesn't deserve the bandwidth of a picture... :miffed:
