if you're planning on hosting a website from it, you really neeed a stable internet link, and the faster the better.

    What's you internet connection ?

do you have a static IP address ?

    Static

If you are gonna run a web server, register the domain (which youn have done), talk with your ISP and negotiate prices on a static IP address. Then register your website with major search engines like yahoo, google and alta vista to get wide coverage.
