I'm running a slitghly OC Q6600 + 4x DDR2 module (2.00V each) + geforce 9300 chipset mobo (quite ungry) and an HD5870 (8 + 6pins PCIe) from a Corsair HX520 since 2009 with no issue. My consumption from the wall is around 470W. So you should be fine Ps: here is a quite useful power consumption calculator http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine Funny thing, when I simulate your rig, it recommends me the CX430 EDIT: While I agree with Behemot about quality PSU being important, I strongly disagree with the form.
Behemot might be more knowledgeable about PSUs that I, but he's not a quality troll like me. He's just (apparently) an angry person.
You're one of those trolls who, you wonder if you're really a troll or just a very strange person just being themselves.
That's exactly the problem - it is not. There are quite a high-quality yet still cheap power supplies, but most people buy sh*t in nice box and than push it to everyody else because they don't want to be alone with nicely coloured sh*t. The point is, you can run good PSU on 100 % for many years just fine so you are quite OK with 350-500 W such PSU. Unlike crap marked with 999999999999 watts so you can use 300 real watts.
