Well you guessed right, it's a Q-tec mac-white case. A window is what I wanted to do too, so ok, a window's a must. What else... I usually have all these good ideas, I think I've got modder's block or something :wallbash: Maybe some nifty electronics to make the power LED go red when the hdd drive LED's lit. I'd like to keep the mods subtle yet nifty here :naughty:

I always thought a cool mod would be a sterile white hospital-style mod. Maybe work with that, try and make it look like a piece of hospital machinery or something. If you went with water cooling on it, running the tubes outside of the case would be a good idea. As it is, that's a pretty sweet looking case to begin with.

Yeah that's a problem really :D Water cooling is a little too expensive for me, I'm broke after ordering all my PC bits. But a Sterile hospital mod is a good idea. I could have "Pulse rate" instead of CPU speed :D Nice idea

It allready looks like an ipod :D Funny, I was just thinking of getting one of those beer-crate coolers and installing that on the case. That would make it a real fridge. Speaking of which, I need to get one for my room!

bleh. first of all, paint it. That is wicked ugly. also, how is it made? does it have a layer of plexi or something around the outside? it is so shiny o.0 . If it does, cut a window, tint the plexi, light the inside, so it has a window when on but a no window when off.

Heh. I can't stop coming back to this idea since I read about macro black. I should like to try it. I want to try it... I MUST try it... O.O

Nah don't wanna paint it... I like the whiteness of the case. But the window idea sounds nice :)

you could, if it will fit, place the optical drives on their side and have the front of them made of perspex, so they fit with the window.

So your opticals are twisted 90 degrees and come out of the window, but the perspex fits.

:read: I allready said I liked the white case and that 2 drive bays are especially made to stealth optical drives so I'm done in that department.

I took a look at placing the drives 90degrees to the front of the case but there's no chance in hell that I'm going to manage to fit a CD/DVD drive there without some serious moddage which I don't really fancy doing. So I guess the drives stay pointed forwards :D
