    Good afternoon all.

I am looking to change my pc case from my existing Coolermaster Stacker 831 to something a little less conspicuous as it is making its way into the living room.

I am looking at something that will be able to house my existing hardware prior to me looking to just to a newer mobo, cpu, ram setup (which may be a while as it is performing admirably at present).

Aesthetically I am looking for something like an HTPC case that will also offer suitable cooling for what I know is a relatively hot running setup.

If you could offer up any advice I would be very appreciative.

ATX or mATX motherboard? Large PSU or under 150mm? Budget?

These are great by Lian Li. My friend has one, and although it gets quite hot in a LAN situation he really likes it.

If you want something at the lower end of the price spectrum you could get a cooler master 361. I have the 360 as a HTPC case at my parents place. Its OK, but needs a few fan upgrades to get it working really.

I know what you mean about wanting a lower profile case, I upgraded to a Fractual Design R3, and the R4 is getting really good reviews. Its much nicer having a case thats not to in your face. I do miss the window though.

    Wrong thread per chance Lance?

On topic and you'll probably want something quiet, for which a Nanoxia Deep Silence One is brilliant, not that small, but inconspicuous and very quiet.
