I am going to the one big weekend in Sunderland. Unfortunatly I live in B'ham, and dont have a car . Was planning to take the coach up as cant afford a train, again hit a snag, national express doesnt go to sunderland. Newcastle is the nearset city they do go to. So I was wondering how easy is it to get from Newcastle to Sunderland?? Thanks to all who can help.
metro from newc to sunderland - takes minus 25 seconds. Easy as pie, dude if you see one of these, say hello: It has a *n tattoo on it's left bicep and will be with a skinny, pretty lady. *n
Thanks for the replies. Wasnt sure how easy it is. Does either the train or metro run through the night, probably get there quite late
You managed to get tickets :O I was listing to spooneys show the weekend. I woke up at about 7, both days the frist thing he said was if you in the car on the way there GO HOME! as there were already 8k people there :O
what *is* that thing in your lip atm? the other week i was convinced you'd lost the ball n rammed a piece of white foam onto it or something
I think once you get to Newcastle there are buses that will take you to Sunderland. Just remember through that when you arrive in Newcastle to wear anything but red and in Sunderland anything but black unless you want to be beaten up. David
No - I just have bitchingly big and long eyelashes. My eyes spazz out in a major way if you put anything near them so eyeliner is a nono. Emma - it's a PTFE plug. Got a 5mm one in now. Wooooo! Stretchylip *n
there were people camped out overnight especailly so for sundays tickets. heard from a mate that was there that apparently there was a massive field where everyone was waiting, few people with cans n stuff, then one bloke nearer the front got up to scratch his backside or something and another shouted "tickets!!" everyone piled to the front where it was only roped off, until someone put their head out and said they werent giving tickets away yet. so everyone stayed in a crush for 6 hours or something stupid like that. not going to this one, was far too high a demand, might go up on a hill nearby, not be able to see it prob but def hear it (said mate lives in sunderland) and have a few brewskis. the one in birmingham i went to before coming up to uni and was mint, i suspect this one will however be much better due to the lineup
I have a very good mate who managed to get me a ticket. God bless that man. Ok turns out that I cant make it up to sunderland and back in one day via coaches. I need to stop over somewhere. Anyone reccomend anywhere in either newcastle or sunderland that wont involve me having to wear titanium underwear and sleeping with *both* eyes open? Got to love the random spin-offs on these forums.
