Other No CoD this year?

Anyone else find it strange that a new CoD hasn't yet been announced? I woulda thought the marketing machine would be in full force...or are they still rinsing Blops?

 

I hope they don't bring a new one out. I'm tired of the shoddy performances they like to call games since CoD4.

Spend an extra year on it and get it right. Call of Duty: Future Warfare... have it set after biological disaster where the world is recovering with Africa being the dominant figure, Russia, China and USA aren't mentioned and have it totally abstract.

That'd be lovely.

 

It's sort of announced, apparently it'll be a prequel to COD4 with Ghost in it.

The release date announcement usually comes closer to summer IIRC.

 

Blops was announced on April 30th last year, World at War was announced as late as June 23rd for a November 14th release. There's plenty of time yet; Activision wouldn't let a holiday period go by without a CoD.

 

They should stop disgrace themselves and stop this serie. It's becomming like a bike cake with chocolate on the top, marshmellow over the chocolate, sugar over the mashmellow, butter fudge over the sugar But what you don't know is that Inside its tooth paste. ergh, there getting really boring now. call of duty 2, my goodness, that was amazing.

 

It's been ball-parked for November if I heard right. Certainly not going to be on the buy list for me, not after the last 2 c***-ups.

They'll keep making them as long as people keep buying them blindly.

Even better, set it as yourself defending your 'homeland' from invading US/UK troops.

There will never be a good now CoD now that Activision have discovered the console market.

 

Like my company tax demand it will turn up in November! This year I will not buy it. I won't, I won't. Jeez I think they must put heroin in the installer or something, 'cos I always tell myself I won't fall for it again, but I end up buying it and then feel dirty afterwards!

 

I am not too worried about it. If they release it, cool, if not, cool.

CoD games are now on my ignore list. I was glad I ignored MW2 and I wish I had ignored Blops as both game sucked ass



Dear Activision, bring me back CoD2 and we might talk

i'm kinda looking forward to seeing what they will bring this year. Treyarch got everything right except for the pc performance, netcode and poor post launch patching. The gameplay is there though.
