Ever since i installed this every 10 minutes my mouse stops responding altogether, and i cant get it to work until i unplug it then replug it in. Then 10 mins later the same thing happens... I used the search function and looked up all the norton threads noone has had this problem.. I have xp pro and the mouse is a logitech mx500... any ideas?
