    Its finally happened...

    Myself
    Downstream 8098 Kbps (1,012.3 KB/sec) 8745 Kbps (inc. overheads)
    Upstream 486 Kbps (60.8 KB/sec) 524 Kbps (inc. overheads)

    What speed were you on before? I'm on 2mb NTL Cable in Lincoln, not far from you.

    I've always been on the top package NTL has offered, 512k > 1Mb > 3Mb > 10Mbit

    3mb are all being upgraded from today, might take a few weeks tho.

    1mb and 2mb are being dfropped next year, the 10mb price is going down to 34.99 pm in jan 06.
