Hello just re homed my first build into a fractal Arc Mini. Now i have a craving for a modular PSU to replace the budget one i have now. I have seen the PSU linked below and was hoping for some knowledge about it. Are they any good etc? If I'm honest its winning on two points 1. its modular 2. its white an will match my case well.

Yes it's very good. High efficiency, tight voltage regulation, good ripple and noise suppression. Functionally it is very good, of course because it is modular, but also because it is one of the few 650W PSUs with four PCIe connectors. The ATX12V connector is very long tho, which might actually be a disadvantage in a small case.
It should also be very quiet; the 750W version was measured with its fan spinning at 705RPM at full load.
