when my friend tries to add counters in perfmon/samurize/anything like that, he get's something similar to this: he calls his computer fred for some reason, so it's local, not over a network obviously there are supposed to be letters there, as opposed to just numbers we traced it back to the performance service, but when he tries to start it, it gives him this so.. any ideas are appreciated
Maybe the perfmon reporting service thing got disabled in a mad optimization frenzy some time ago... only thing I could think of.
