    both in thermaltake armor cases. huge case, nice harddisk cases and cablemanagement (and that even if i suck at managing cables) but to me they look like a cheap toy (externally). well who cares with these inner values? :D

    no objections... if it was for myself i would have chosen an other case, but as we had to spend the money quickly the criteria was: cheap, big and readily available.

    installed vista + drivers + crysis demo. 1280x1024, 2xAA, all settings max ... not playable. 1024x768 works but isnt really that convincing either. didn't get a chance to adjust settings any more, the owner of the rig came and picked it up :(

    next up on my list.. 280gtx sli'd

    This is so cool. Just gotta work on reaching the requirements to share my HD space. I know i reach them, but i need to let the application know. ;)

    I watched a presentation of this and something the guy said sounds iffy. He said that if you share 50GB you get _up to_ 50 GB back. I wonder if that's a function of how much you're online... Like Share 50GB, online 50% of the time and you get 25 Gb back.
    Well, i guess i'll wait and see.

    thats partly correct. if you share less than 20gb you get onlinetime in percent multiplied by shared space. if you share more, you get rewarded depending on the usage of your local storage.

    for example :
    onlinetime 25%
    shared 10gb
    reward: 2.5gb

    onlinetime 50%
    shared 50gb
    usage < 5gb (lets say 3.6gb)
    reward 50% * 3.6gb * 10 -> 18gb
    usage >5gb
    reward 50% * 50gb -> 25gb

    last invitation has just been given away. have fun :)

    As i said before, this is cool. Thanks for inviting me. :) It seems like a stable system and it integrates well with windows, now to wait for webstart. That seems even tastier considering it will open up downloads for people not yet in the system (i think).

    On a sidenote - if you want invitations i've got some left. Just gimme your e-mail and you can have one...
