The topic says it, the question is simple: why is there so much people that says enheim instead of Eheim? Why is there so much people that says dremal instead of Dremel?
Am I the only one that think that the truth is wrong or what?

A lack of linguistic disparity has been noted and killed; you both need to work on your grammar.

I do not know if you are referring to bad spelling or pronunciation that alienates itself from the common "rules" of english, but if youre referring to pronunciation, pay attention to ununciation. Enheim (en-hime) sounds better far better than Eheim (eh-ime), much as dremel (drem-al) sounds better than (dreem-el).

Oh, lordy... Do we really have to open this can of worms again?

I'm firmly closing the lid now...

With thanks to RotoSequence though, for giving the only sensible answer.
