Carried on from the new camera thread. No Photo-editing has been done bar re-sizing. These are basically random images, and I'll keep adding new ones throughout tonight as I upload them.

All of these Shots are taken in or around Eton.

    Enjoy.

I agree with Pook; the cricket shot is nice. You can almost feel the tension in the pose. The kid is right about to strike at the ball, which is clearly on its way. The whole thing is framed inside the net, which provides a great atmosphere.

As it is, it's a great shot. The addition of the other people gives it a sense of place. On the other hand, think it would also work if you cropped the sides off and made it vertical down the center. Isolate the kid in his decisive moment.

SOrry about not getting the rest of the shots up, I've been rather busy choosing GCSe's for next year and starting my Design GCSE project.

I'll get the rest, including lots more cricket shots after lunch today.

This was basically all about focus.

And my favorite one. This is a 'dancing' fish. I took about 10 quick sucsession shots and I think this is by far the nicest.

Why would you hide Elisha Cuthbert's beauty?

I really like the cricket (batter) shots. Give them a crop like supermonkey suggested and show us how they turn out.
