    Hi guys,

not sure if this is the right section to post or if I've already posted this before.

I want to paint the aluminium light bar that you get on corsair Dominator Platinum white.

I've never done this sort of thing before. Is there a place in the UK or a member on here that does this?

    Thanks,
    Dipak

Use some car body primer spray (matt grey) as a base coat and then a nice white car body paint spray as a top coat.

    Excuse the intrusion dipzy...
I've been meaning to ask for ages, does it need to be proper aluminium etch primer?

scratch it > clean it > etch prime it > Prime it > colour it > protect if need

Quick question on this topic.. Is it possible to get two in one primer/spray? I have ordered some spray that says it primes itself, but not too sure as it was on the cheaper side of the price range.. Do you lot think I should I prime it anyways just in case?

It is... I bought separates though as it allowed more colour choice after the primer. Then again, I did purchase from a smaller B&Q...
