Graphics Pascal mid range?

    1060ti is usually a touch later after partner cards launch for the first 2 usually 3-4 months.

    I'm just debating whether to go for a second hand 970 in a few weeks or to wait (and just game on cpu graphics) for a couple of months and see what appears

    AMDs official slides say 2017 think I'd go with them.

    Vega is so far away because of HBM2 I'd also wonder if they can even price compete. Vega will likely reduce Nvidia prices and force the TI models launch. Where we will get a new high end gpu in the $800 range i would think from both companies.

    All depends on HBM2 availability. I expect both NV and AMD will follow each other closely to this schedule with Ti/Titan/Fury replacements.
