I was thinking of combining the function of a radiator and a resevoir, by using a peltier device. The plan is to use a res with a flat, metal, bottom (something like this: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...=2529&osCsid=28d66091e72ace07c08c55103b780162) and attach a small passive heatsink on the inside bottom. The peltier module could then be attached to the bottom on the outside, and a heatsink and fan to that, right?

I'm wondering about the efficiency of it, though. I don't actually plan on watercooling any time soon, but I wanted to see what others though of the concept.
