    lol, seconded.

    Allendale Core 2 Duos (i.e E6300 and E6400) are cheaper and will frankly ruin that processor in the performance stakes.

    In fact ruin is probably too soft.... They would laugh like little school girls at it.

    an E4300 for under £100 would have a field day against that. im surprised they still have p4's in stock tbh

    Have they not been discontinued already?

    Right now the stores are probably trying to still sell them as awesome-a lot of people don't realise that the Core 2s are the new replacement. They think P4 is still king, because Pentium is a name everyone knows.
