Can someone please make this symbol completely black for me? I don't have any image software. Same size as it is now

I guess there's no way to get the Roman numerals behind the Title?

You just need thin white lines separating the words with the roman numerals behind it

Edit. RedFlames' one is much smoother. Showing the benefits of vector based, rather than using Photoshop and having the pixels getting in the way.
