I've tried everything and what works best is weld-on #16.I was amazed at how strong it sticks and stayed very clear between the pieces.I even had pieces held by the side angles just side by side but at a 120° angle of course i had to apply several coats till i almost fill the gap but i had to apply force to crack it. Epoxy especially that one is messy and dosn't stick very well. It cracks almost just looking at it You can get it here. Depending on where you are, the delivery is a bit slow.Took me 8 days to get it to canada originated from San Diego http://www.rplastics.com/plac.html
I live in Israel so I don't think it's the best for me... P.S : do you know how can i make a plexiglass white instead of clear?
The cheapest way is light sanding but it takes time and effort or if you can get a stuff called glass frost that works very well. Btw, if you go to the weld-on site, they probably will give you a place closer to you, they sell world wide
I asked weld-on themselves after i ordered mine from San Diego, and they gave me places here in canada sorry i've lost the link but here's the return address i got with the answer so i guess you could use it to ask your Q info@ipscorp.com
So can you suggest me a material that will look elegant and not hard to use ? I want to order exact sizes and just connect with glue or pins or nits
Best way to go about building a case out of plexi is those plexi cubes you put in corners and secure them with screws or bolts some places sell them already drilled Depending on the size of the case i'd suggest 3/4 inch http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/category.php?bid=14&PHPSESSID=20050528083259356875982
