Yes! Just, don't buy their shelves. I've bought 4 completely different kinds of shelves from them, every single one of them sucks. But other than that, Ikea Cheesecake!

Hmm, just installed that and it doesn't seem that much better in terms of CPU usage when it's not being used and the number of threads which are spawned when it is run. Safari is still my choice :)

Just got this from James Preedy on this board

    My Apple Mac Mini 1.42 / 1gb ram/ 80gb / Adobe Creative Suite / Tiger/ OfficeX machine :)

Its hooked up to a shiny Viewsonic VP171s 8ms monitor which suits it perfectly. Currently waiting on my new Apple Keyboard and Mouse from Apple UK - that older setup is borrowed from college, the media department took pity on my request as they know what its like having to wait! hehe!

Wouldn't be the same without the matching iDuck :p

I absolutely love this machine. Silent, powerful, tiny... Looking forward to getting my external 200gb hard drive hooked up once the caddy arrives and having my matching keyboard and mouse. Oh, and should be getting a set of the JBL Creature II speakers once a paypal amount settles into my bank :)

Hope you enjoy looking at this thing as much as I do!

    Ben.

Perhaps a bigger external HDD, but 512MB ram and above makes all the difference.

I'm using both I think I prefer firefox so far as I prefer the extensions element I can add to it. The fact I'm used to using on my pc helps I think.

Will try them both out and see which works best :)

Looks the business! Love my iBook to bits, so can imagine what you think of the powerbook!

Like the look of the stark mouse, but read some bad reviews, what's your take on it? Also like the look of the black PC keyboard - what is it? Looks like a Dell, but could you let me know the model number etc?

    Cheers!

Its great the mouse much better than I was expecting , the button pressing is different to normal mice but thats still good.

The keyboard is a dell usb entry keyboard they are on the dell website for under £20.

It's such a shame the 12"ers don't have the illuminated keyboard.
