This weekend I'm going to be giving the PC a service if you will, cleaning all the dust out and having another bash at cable management. One thing that's being bugging me is that I have CM Real Power 850W that is modular. One of the cables that comes with it has about 4 connectors to power my HDD's however if I plug them both in through the one lead only one of the HDD's work.

Therefore I've had to run each HDD of it's own lead, somewhat defeating the purpose of the cables supplied. Am I doing something wrong or is this common?

    Ta.

just looking at the stats on that ps.. shouldn't be a problem- you try both connectors on the same drive to see if one is faulty?
