Graphics Problem enabling Direct3D

I've done some troubleshooting trying to get a game of mine to properly work, and the only thing I can see that doesnt work right is Direct3D acceleration. ...this is after I changed operating systems from XP to server 2003. In dxdiag, under the display tab there are buttons for enabling DirectDraw and Direct3D. it says that Direct3D is unavailable. Its funny, because I have just downloaded and installed the latest drivers from nvidia, as well as directx 9.0c, so it shouldnt be doing this.

Any ideas on this? I can post my system information if you'd like.

 

Google it, you have to manually enable hardware graphics acceleration in 2k3 server

 

I did that... I finally got it to work after a lot of reinstalling.
