Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop and it refuses to power on. With the direct mains power in, the green (mains) light is on, and the battery light is blinking. If you push the power on button, all the lights go out and then it stops for a second, and the lights go back on. What could be the problem? do i need to open it and get a new switch? it is quite old, but does do a job (basic internet access/office apps). Please advise!
