no thats cool The idea is I read the whatever file I need to on my windows machine using a linux virtual machine and then wruite down the key so that i csan then use it oni the appp I already have on my android I know it sounds convoluted and that's because it is, I was trying to follow the video that I linked to earlier in this thread if its any help.
...why not just read the file in Windows? There's absolutely no need to use Linux in this scenario. Go here, choose the model you've got, and follow the instructions for configuring it using Eye-Fi's official software. You'll find your upload key in C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Eye-Fi\Settings.xml; just open it in Notepad and search for "UploadKey". Job done, no Linux necessary.
