Motherboards Processor recomendations

I intend to upgrade my motherboards processor, but i'm not sure whats available thats compatabile with my current MoBo, on top of that i don't know waht board it is.

My belarc advisor says:
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-7VM400M 1.x

Can anyone give me the exact specs i need to find something suitable? or even a site where i can get ideas?

BTW:
the current processor is:
1.60 gigahertz AMD Athlon
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache

and im certain of that

 

Ebay is your best bet. No one sells Athlon's new anymore.

May I ask, why do you want to upgrade the processor of such an old machine ?

 

yes, upgrading such old PC rather has no sense IMO.
