well, i am a die hard Boston Bruins hockey fan, so i decided that my next case would be dedicated to them. i started with a mx-01bd (antec 1040 series with nice looking new bezel... which i promptly chopped off) thats the side window... you may notice the split tube covering the power rails... the front door is now windowed, and i will be engraving a Bruins logo into it. the etch will be illuminated by one of the following: a yellow/red hdd light flipflopper, done the macroman way as i was too lazy to just use a binary counter; or an lm3914 circuit running off of a 555/741/irf540 PWM circuit. also in the cards is a 10/100bt 5 port hub, mounted forward. i may take a page from GOO and use that nice lexan + transparency route.
very nice...dremel action on the side panel?? btw Theres a reason they call it hockey town!! RED WINGS OWN
As a budding hockey player i loved the Northstars...and the Whale, but now my heart belongs to edmonton
GO WINGS!!! Oh yea... and nice cutout. I'm glad I'm starting to see more orginal windows. Square and round get old after awhile.
Like the ol' comercial says... I was born and raised on 3 simple syllables... DE-TROIT SUX! Sorry fellas, born, raised, season-ticket holding BlackHawks fan... Btw... longtime bears and cubs fan too =) Now only if we could win....
