The fans are all about the look, modding is like fashion meaning sometimes it's form over function, it's all about the look. My misses used goes out in high heels that could make your head touch then moon , they were so high, but she'd throw a pair of flip flops in the hand bag for when it all got to much.
And why cool a media PC, ok it's over kill but it's back to the look.

Well that's my take on it anyway.

I 100% agree, thats why I firstly noted that its freakin awesome! :thumb: The fans add a totally different aspect to it but I just wouldn't have spent my hard earned money on WC for a Media PC especially when those big ass fans are damn near necessary to get that feel (which is an awesome look).

Just my 2cents though... and I suppose you could always just throw the cheesecake card

The fans and design is from verison one. I had 2 200mm rads stuff in thier running 2 loops. cooling a intel i7 965 and 2 280gtx in sli . So when i downsized the inside it is overkill with teh fans , but thier is still a 200mm rad and a 1 280 gtx. It is still a very very powerful gaming pc. It woudl be tough for me to make a true media pc . Because i am two much of a hardcore gamer to put less into it.
