en·tro·py -- A measure of the disorder or randomness in a closed system. I hope this to be my first complete work log. I've posted other work logs on other forums, in the past, but never completed it for one reason or the other. I'm not planning anything over the top; just a couple of clean mods to make my case mine. I really enjoy reading other peoples project logs where they talk about their mistakes as well as their successes. Everyone makes mistakes they are part of the project so let's see them!! I chose the silver SILVERSTONE TEMJIN SST-TJ02SW case as my canvas. My original plan was to get everything except the front bezel powder coated a deep red, but I also wanted one of one of MNPCTECH's 120mm Machined Billet Blowholes so I decided to skip the powder coating at this time. :cry Now for the Mods. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking. Access Hole To Hide PSU Wires I used the mini-me version of mnpctech's 120mm punch to pop 3 7/8" holes into to the side then filed down the peaks to make a nice oval to route cables. 120mm Blowhole Remember the old adage "Measure Twice - Cut Once" well they should also have a "make sure the panel is oriented correctly" before you measure. I had initially decided to center the hole along the complete depth of the case (bezel and chassis), but had the top panel installed backwards. So...I started to cut my hole and suddenly realized that my hole was off by a 1.5". After a lot of swearing and some WoW I adjusted the hole so that the billet aluminum would cover up my mistake. Handles Strangely enough this is the smallest case that I have, but it's also the heaviest. I decided to borrow my case handles from other pc until I can order a replacement. Yes I know it's all mnpctech products so far, but you can't deny that he makes some awesome eye-candy. Comments Welcome.
