Hi all, this is my first projectlog at Bit, but I'm not new here. I've been planning a plexi-case, but I just don't have the funds to make it. One day I found that I needed a new case for a computerparty. What should I do? Simple, buy the Scandinavian's favourite case; a Q-tec. Hmm.. But the big tower is too big, I need to get it on the plane! So, a Q-tec midi case it was. I Love postmen The unmodded case As I said, the case was for a computerparty, and I had only a weekend to do anything. I had plexi, rivets and a case. First thing was to make up a design, this was what I ended up with: I cut the design out with a jigsaw, washed and filed it down. The plexi was cut to shape and fastened to the panel. Then, I measured and drilled holes through the plexi and steel. At last i pop-riveted the plexi to the panel: That's the first part. Next up I'll work on some lightning and etching.
