Sun Chaser is through the first selection round for the Rolls-Royce Science Prize and was chosen as one of 60 projects out of more than 2000 applications (not bad for our first try!). We've got more info on that, a new poster campaign (trialing some 'smart' tech) and an update on Armstrong's progress. You should also drop in on http://horizon.qmgs.walsall.sch.uk to take a look at the changes (a new 'publicity' section for one).
Well, tomorrow we launch Armstrong (10am, Saturday 28th June). You can watch the launch live on our website You can track the flight by following the tracking map link from our website. You can get up-to-date information from the ground crew and chase team on our twitter feed. Wish us luck!
The launch report for Armstrong is up in the main thread and we're working on Hadfield now in preparation for next weekend's launch.
Hadfield launches tomorrow! Check out the main thread for details. We'll be broadcasting the launch online this time, you can follow the flight using the map link on our website, and twitter will be running all day (@horizonqmgs). Wish us luck!
