    MDK you still got the 19'' TFT for sale?

    Yeah the TFT is sitting under my desk in the box and yeah the HTPC will be up for grabs to pay for other things.

    Yes i could but you would need to pay both sets of postage back and forth and then a couple quid for the inserts.

    Quick question, how thick is the aluminum you used for the frame?


    I'm starting a mod, and I was wondering how thick box tubing I should get?

    the ally MDK is using is 'L' channel not box section and at a glance looks like it is 3mm.

    If you are going to use box section to construct a custom case then 10mm or 20mm ally box will do.


    MDK, dude have you told them about the secret of the case?? HEHE!! :thumb:

    How thick should I go?

    The case will be about (in inches)

    14"H x 14"D x 7"W

    2mm Box would do the trick 1/2" x 1/2" by 1/8" or something like that. Yeah im using 1" x 1" angle 3mm thick nice and stronge :).

    Update is delayed just had to start a MAHOOOSIVE JOB
