Scratch Build – In Progress Project: Small Moderately Audible HTPC

I'd go with Jazzles idea of using mesh and not doing it yourself. Making perforated metal sheets or grills is really hard if you go at it with hand tools. With a mill or a CNC router it's a different story, but since this kind of tools aren't accurate enough, something is bound to go wrong.

Try searching for say audio equipment (all kinds of mesh options) and even lamp shaders or such. I sometimes go in a store without any purpose of buying anything, just looking around for ideas. Of course I always end up buying something, so it isn't easy on the wallet

Otherwise, the mod looks good, keep at it.
