I have to say that this looks really fantastic!

Your work is amazing. I love those home made blocks, they have an amazing finish to them that belies the standard home made equipment your using.

I have the exact same bench drill you have. Any chance you could point me in the direction of the shop where you bought all of the pieces for the milling? The next thing I want to do is make my own blocks.

    Great Job

    ZR_OX,
    1. You just need a drill (søjleboremaskine) you can get those in Bauhaus/Silvan/Jem og fix 500Kr.

    2. You need a Movebel Land (flytbart Lan) you can get that in Harald Nyborg 399Kr.

3 Finally you need some Milling Taps, I get those in Sanistaal.

Thx for the nice words all, they makes me want to it even nicer

Its very simple, :) ZeroHerO :thumb:

Small Update, I have finished milling the CHIPset and CPU block.

The CpuBlock has its 0,6 mm bottom solderd on, and I´m almost finish cutting the ChipsetBlock.

This sunday I´ll give them the final touch, I have made the channeldesign just like the GFXBlocks, Its my favourite design, with the thin 0,6mm bottom, it needs the support.

Small update (bussy writing my master)

I have startet mounting the sideplades, and finally recieved my PSU, it´s a really beauty.

Here is a picture of the case, it give a good impression of how the case it´s gonna look.

I have also made the power cables for the 8 disks and 2 DVD drives, I think I´m gonna rewire the PSU as well. (Except for the shielded powercables)

Here is a picture, showing the size of the mighty OCZ powerstream 600 watt, before sleeving and rewiring.

Also I made seperate powercables for 8 disks and 2 DVD drives, I want a really clean look :)

So now I have to wait for the alloyplates wich will be bend to DVD, MB and HD mounting, hopefully during next week I can finish theese and the case itself :)

    Sincerely ZeroHero

    CPU waterblock partly saved

I had a mishab with my drillingmachine, while I was milling som neat details on the CPU waterblock, the part holding the millingtap came lose and F***** up the block :duh: :eyebrow: :miffed:

So I had to do some first aid, but the result is far from what I want in the case, but it will have to do for now. I have orderd a propper millier and a new block willcomelater, but for now this "heavy scared" block will have to do. :wallbash:

The picture shows GFX waterblock and scared CPU waterblock.

I can kind of see where you mean, is it the nearest right corner of the block so it is no longer square???

your copper work is good, now i want to see you finish this! as im tempted to make my own block's :D

Great work with custom waterblocks. Hope you have a nice beefy PSU for all those hard drives... I'd be weary about putting them all on one chain of molexes though. Then again, I've got 5 SATA drives on one chain no prob, and two are raptors.

    Another setback

My GFX waterblock wich I´m quite fond of, for wich I used a Leadtek (I think) agp6600GT card for measuring the mounting holes, dos not fit my Club3d AGP6600GT. Apparently referencedesign do not mean that the cards coolers are mounted the same way. :wallbash:

So I have to make a new one, needless to say, my friend who´s card I used to measure on, is quite happy for his new waterblock sigh :sigh:

Anyway, I´m mounting the psu today, so hopefully I will have just a little progress today.

And tomorrow i need to get my hands on some aloy sheets, so i can make the disk mounts og motherboard mount.

When this is done I´m gonna dismantle the whole thing and get i white powder coating :)

    Sincerely ZeroHerO
