    Planning on building this in January. Bought most of the tools needed, just wanted to know what you lot thought of the design? And if there would be anything you'd change?

    It won't have a ROM drive, as it'll be a dual CPU server (Tyan Tiger MP S2460) and everything will be networked over. The Rom bays (3x of) will hold a 5 bay SATA hot swap rack. (This)

    It'll be 9" wide, 15.5" long, 17" high.

    While I'm waiting on some materials to arrive, I've been thinking of doing something to make the fan guards stand out. It's ok using a nice fan grill, but it doesn't really show it off to well.

    So, I've been playing around with a few fan grills, and came up with this..

    I'll be using domed M4 heads on the screws with some nice tidy bolts inbetween them, if I don't find something else to use that is.

    Thoughts here.
