    In that case get a Mac PCI Voodoo 5 then flash it with the PC bios.

    Why Mac?!?!?! There still easy to get and cheap...

    edit the poll - have a neither option ! I vote neither !

    I just upgraded my Voodoo 3 card to a Gainward GF2 MX400 (Twinview & VIVO) and the performance isn't much different, slightly higher FPS in CS - 60fps@1024x768x16bpp as opposed to 40 fps with the voodoo.

    And Unreal Tournament sucks ass with the GF2 :(

    perfectly playable for me with a gf2 mx....time to patch UT and/or your video drivers perhaps?

    kyro 2 spits all over the MX btw

    I've been told by many people that the reason UT isn't so great with my MX is because i need to patch it....but I don't know how / can't be bothered to do that cause I mostly play CS these days anyway...

    true, in a low powered system the MX would probably beat it for fps, but for visual quality it would still have the edge rich

    anything over 650Mhz from what i've read and the Kyro starts pulling away

    :)

    PIII 733Mhz
    128 MB RAM (probably gonna update to a 256, if i can be arsed)
    Windows 98
    Intel 810e chipset

    I think thats all the information you need.

    So, now whats the better card??
