posting from the laptop right now as i am reformatting my new set up after completing the buiild. new comp as follow 4400 x2 cpu 2x 120 gb seagate s.a.t.a drives 2x x1800xt 512mb cards saphirre pure crossfire mobo and 650watt antec psu 2gb corsair ram dvdrw and stuff cant wait i am sooo excited. gotta run saome benchies. my old mobo and stuff is up for sale in sale section be back after i complete the format to post benchies. woot woot woot #
it wasnt cheap but i wont be upgradinjg for some time to come. and if i do it will only be the cpu probably.
hmm upgrading just cpu isn't really possible for you in the future. As there are only 2 cpus that are faster .. fx60 and 4800+ .... there will be a new format of cpus soon for AMD which won't fit your system - theres no point upgrading to the then old socket style. The fx-60 is the last 939 pin cpu in this range. So in conclusion - Start saving again
