Has anyone had any experience in removing the stock IceQ that is mounted on a X800 XT card?

I've finally plucked up the courage to added the card to my waterloop and I'am thinking of buying some Tweakmonster BMG ram sinks.

But 1st I need to know whether the IceQ and the ram heatspreader plate is stuck on and if it's easy to remove.

easy to remove, very easy. Unscrew the back and it should pop off with a little bit of gentle encouragement from a screw driver
