Electronics Reroute USB 3.0 from back panel to front of Case?

Hi!

I'd like to do what the title says. My mobo doesn't have an USB 3.0 header, it has a couple of ports on the back. I guess I'd need a cable that has a USB male type A male on one end, but on the other it'd need to be a FEMALE 20-pin end to be connected to the 20-pin male header that my case has. Does that even exist? What can be done about it ?

Hell yeah! I couldn't find one with the 20 pins like that (although THAT is male, I was wrong in my first post, I got it backwards)
