    Hi all

Attempting to return an item under DSR as it is not what I expected. I'm not being told there would be a 25% reduction on the item upon inspection under Customer Consumer Regulations?!

Anyone provide any more information on this?

I don't think they can reduce the amount they refund you. The "Consumer Contracts Regulations" has a few FAQs and examples of when the amount refunded could be reduced.

Little more info like what the item is and what you've done with it so far (i.e. opened it, used it once etc), might help give a better answer.

DSR does not exist any more in the UK.

It is now the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

What do you mean by "it was not as expected."
