Welp, that's how I know my youth is truly gone! I was lucky enough to see the Big Bird and Grouch costumes in the flesh (or should that be foam?) on a visit to Texas (at the Lindan Johnson Museum) as part of a PBS display. Sesame street was a huge part of my childhood (electronic babysitter!)
