It's most unusual for Newegg not to stock it, but they don't appear to?
It's certainly not listed among their list of 22" Samsung screens

ZipZoomFly and Directron don't stock it either?

    [edit]

I've subsequently just visited Samsung's US site, to see what info I could find...
and it would appear BestBuy are the only official online resellers of this particular model in the USA... which is obviously why the likes of Newegg, ZipZoomFly and Directron (et al] don't advertise it

Still... BestBuy appear to have it in stock, and it happens to be on sale just now, for only $310

I've had one for about 6 months. Pretty good & games look amazing on it.

One moan though is I get a lot of backlight bleed along the bottom. More than average according to most reviews. But its probably because I have a crappy non 'S' panel.

You won't be disappointed, I got my Dad one for Christmas last year and he's well chuffed with it, looks great in all conditions.

edit: Don't get a glossy screen, you'll be forever cleaning it, and if you have the smallest of windows in the room the monitors going to be in, it'll be almost unusable in the daytime :)

I have and I love it. I find it very bright and have the contrast and colour right down. Then I do work in a dark room.

These panels are 'TN's which dont offer the best viewing angle. However, some are better than others. If you have on with 'S' on the under of the serial number on the back you have a good one.

Its a lottery. Just google 'SM2232BW lottery' & you will see what I mean.

I love mine cant fault it

Mine has the Type number PE22BS on the back is that the correct "S" number as the long serial number ends in a J and the model number ends AT (not that it makes a diff as I wouldn't swop it) as its the one thing I really really cant fault and everyone who has seen and used it has commented on how good it is

I thought the 2232 was free of the panel lottery. I thought it only affected the 226BW

yes, the pannel lottery was only with 226BW.

2 of my friend have the 2232BW. and they look pretty good. the back light bleeding seems to be similar to my cheaper LG 226WTQ.

but it's stand is very flimsy, so unless you've got a rock solid table, you my regret it.

I find the stand very sturdy. It is metal re-enforced. I found pushing the little black thing into the rubberised slot required a lot of force and the base took it no problem. Maybe differing definitions of sturdy and flimsy.

in comparison with my LG L226WTQ (same spec, same image as far as all 3 of us can tell, 2 others have 2232BW) it's flimsy
