My PC says that i am running 32bit color, but i have noticed that it maybe 16bit. when i open my photos you can clearly see the different shades of a colour, rather than seeing just a smooth smudge. Also in the Counter stirke source menu your can clearly see the bad quality.
I am sure i have chosen all the correct settings as i have had no problem with this before, would appreciate some help.

Picture of css and my wallpaper, not bad quality as it appears fine on another pc.

Havn't changed my monitor, noticed it on the css and cod4 menus, the colours are very clear and there are only about 4 different colours, looks horrible. Also on some photos i can see the problem.

On that photo i can see different pixelated shades of gray and black and the to of the picture, and on the css menu there is mass pixelation for me and very clear color changes which i never have noticed before.
I will try and get a photo up to show you what i am seeing and if its normal or it can be fixed.

The monitor im using is a Samsung 2033sw. 15000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
